Shipping Information

Mont Source ships worldwide.

• All orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days.

• Please allow 8 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

• All US orders are shipped via USPS.

• All Canadian and other international orders are shipped via Canada Post.

• For all other international and overseas orders please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.

If your order value is $100.00 or more (before taxes and shipping), the order ships for FREE (this offer is exclusive to North American customers only). 

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at 1-855-424-4640‬ or visit our Contact Us page.  Please have your invoice/order number ready for reference.

Return/Exchange Policy

If there is a problem with your order - please let us know. 

• In case of return or exchange, Mont Source will only accept returned items in their original packaging with receipt within 30 days of purchase.

• Mont Source will not accept returns or exchanges of used products.

• All shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be paid for by the customer. Mont Source will not accept returns and exchanges if they are shipped COD (cost on delivery).

Refund Policy

All returned orders will be refunded once they are received by Mont Source. All refunds are credited to the original payment method.
